CANCELLATION POLICY

A $30 deposit is required for scheduling appointments. The fee is refundable if appointment is canceled before 24 hours of scheduled appointment. In the event that the appointment is canceled less than the allotted 24 hour time period or if the client is a no-show or misses appointment, the deposit will become non-refundable and the client will be responsible for any additional amount that is equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service minus the held deposit amount. Full payment is required for the following conditions. Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment but not the amount owed for scheduled treatment.
